Shipping policy

IMPORTANT: Please provide a valid and monitored email address when placing your order. If an issue arises and we cannot contact you, we will not be responsible for delayed or canceled orders!

Production Times
Please refer to our FAQ for current production times of our custom toys. We may adjust the expected production time to account for demand, events, or other delays. If your order has not shipped at the end of the expected production time, feel free to contact us for a status on your order.

Shipping

We offer UPS (Ground, Worldwide) to most locations. Tracking services are included for all domestic and international shipments. International buyers are responsible for any and all import taxes, tariffs, and duties applicable in your region.

Discreet Packaging
All products from Ambush Toys will be shipped in plain packaging with "AT LLC" as the sender and a PO Box as the return address.

For international orders, we are required to declare the contents of the package on the customs form. All orders containing silicone toys will be listed as "silicone sculpture" along with the appropriate HS code.
