Refund policy

IMPORTANT: Please provide a valid and monitored email address when placing your order. If an issue arises and we cannot contact you, we will not be responsible for delayed or canceled orders!

Returns
Due to the customized and intimate nature of our products, all toys (e.g. dildos, wearables) and any accessories designed to come within intimate contact with a person are exempt from being returned.

Exchanges

If you ordered the incorrect size, and it is not fully custom, and is still in its sealed bag, we will accept an exchange with the same model and style.

Exchanges must be approved and initiated by Ambush Toys. Exchanges are subject to standard shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee, and you are responsible for return shipping. In the event the replacement value is less than the original purchase (minus fees), a store gift card for the difference will be issued.

Cancellations

All toys, unless otherwise indicated, are custom and made-to-order. Once your order enters into production it cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued. 

Warranty, Defects, and Refunds (if applicable)
All toys are warrantied from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of receipt. Any manufacturing defects in toys found within that period will be evaluated and the toy will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. In the event we cannot repair or replace a defective toy, we may issue a refund. If a defect is found, please contact us for further instructions.
