How do I choose from the different sizes and options?
Our greatest motivation is being able to provide a customized experience with our toys. To help you decide the perfect size and style, each product page contains guides specific to the toy. Click "SHOP" from the top menu to start your journey!
Can I request a custom color?
Absolutely! Many of our customers have come up with unique and creative colorations for our toys, and we're happy to work with you to get that perfect toy. Check out our gallery for inspiration, or come up with a color on your own! You can find further information on how to request a custom color through our individual product pages.
What are your toys made of?
All of our toys are made from body-safe platinum silicone colored with pigments designed for silicone.
How long does it take to get my toy?
Made-to-order toys currently require 8 weeks for production in addition to the shipping time of your chosen service. We may adjust the expected production time to account for demand, events, or other delays.
Inventory (in-stock) toys ship within 5 business days. Orders containing both made-to-order and inventory toys will not be shipped separately, so please place separate orders if you wish to have your inventory toys ship faster.
If your order has not shipped at the end of the expected production time, feel free to contact us for a status on your order.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes! All of our products ship in plain packaging with "AT LLC" as the sender and a PO Box as the return address.
For international orders, we are required to indicate the contents of the package. All orders containing silicone toys will be declared as "silicone sculptures" along with the appropriate HS code.
You don't ship to my country. Why?
Some countries have laws that prohibit the sale of adult toys and related accessories. Others have postal services that do not allow us to track the progress of your shipment. We cannot ship to these countries.
Can you deliver to an event or convention?
Picking up at an event or convention is a great way to avoid shipping costs, especially for international buyers. If Ambush Toys is present and working at the event, on a case-by-case basis we can hold orders to be picked up at our table. Orders arranged this way will have the shipping costs electronically refunded upon receipt at the event. Any orders that miss the pick-up window (generally during the open hours of the event) will be shipped normally after the event without a shipping refund.
Are there any special instructions for cleaning and storing my new toy?
When you receive your new toy, we recommend washing it by hand with soap and water. Repeat after use. Avoid abrasive soaps, sponges, or other tools when cleaning. Optionally after washing, toys may be sanitized by boiling them in water for at least 10 minutes.
Toys should be stored dry in a dust-free environment, away from any sharp, rough, or textured surfaces and objects. Like-material toys can be stored together (platinum silicone with platinum silicone) however avoid contact with non-silicone "gel" toys, silicone-hybrid toys, and other unknown or questionable materials.
What lube should I use with your toys?
Platinum silicone toys are compatible with water-based lubricants. Other lubes, including oil-based and silicone-based lubes may not be compatible and can damage the toy. If you are not sure, test the lube in an inconspicuous spot on the toy or on a sample disk if one was provided with your order.
What are your policies for returns, refunds, defects...?
Generally speaking, we do not accept returns on toys for health and safety concerns. If a toy turns out to be defective, we will evaluate it and determine whether it will be repaired or replaced.

How do I cancel my order?
In short, once an order is submitted, it is placed in a queue pending production. Once it enters into production it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
If for some reason you do need to cancel your order, it is best to do it as soon as possible. Orders can go into production as early as 24 hours after being placed.
Help! My eyes must be bigger than my orifice! What do I do?
While we always provide sizing information, sometimes the true scale of a toy is not realized until it is in hand.
If what you ordered was too big (or too small), is NOT fully custom, and is still in its sealed bag, we will accept an exchange with the same model and style.
Exchanges must be approved and initiated by Ambush Toys. Exchanges are subject to standard shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee, and you are responsible for return shipping. In the event the replacement value is less than the original purchase (minus fees), a store gift card for the difference will be issued.
